About Torque Release Technique (TRT)

Torque Release Technique (TRT) is a specific chiropractic method that uses a hand-held instrument called the Integrator to deliver precise, low-force adjustments at targeted spinal and neurological reflex points. Rather than applying manual thrust, TRT follows a protocol designed to locate and correct areas of nervous system interference called subluxations (segments of the spine that are misaligned and disrupting normal nerve signaling). Dr. Brett A. Moss has applied TRT in his Inverness practice for nearly three decades, combining its neurologically focused approach with other clinical services. The technique is well suited to patients who prefer a gentler chiropractic adjustment (spinal manipulation) style or who have conditions that make high-velocity procedures less appropriate.
